In an electric pitch system of a wind turbine, for instance, the pitch servo drive is responsible for adjusting the angle of the rotor blades. As the wind speed changes, the optimal pitch angle of the blades needs to be adjusted to ensure efficient power generation. The pitch servo drive precisely controls the movement of the blades.
